Excel Engineering’s Detroit Technical Center is a high-performance, ITAR-compliant testing facility equipped to handle advanced engine, emissions, and electrification development programs. With 11 total test cells—including five fully EPA 1065-compliant emissions cells—this facility is built for precision, flexibility, and speed.
